[This is one of the old but important stories from the original AfricanCrisis website that I am converting on to the new site, in the new format. Another story that is not mentioned about Angola is the conflict between the Black Communists who "Liberated" Angola and the Christian Blacks who wanted freedom, but who did not want communism. The Portuguese in Angola experienced very brutal forms of terror. I have more materialabout it, but for now, let's serve up two images. In Angola, there were instances of white women having their breasts cut off while they were alive, and there was an instanceof live white people being put through a sawmill and sawed in half lengthways.
