The Smoking Gun of AIDS: a 1971 Flowchart

In 1977, a secret federal virus program produced 15,000 gallons of AIDS. The record reveals the United States was represented by Dr. Robert Gallo and the USSR was represented by Dr. Novakhatsky of the diabolical Ivanosky Institute. On August 21, 1999, the world first saw the flowchart of the plot to thin the Black Population.

The 1971 AIDS flowchart coordinates over 20,000 scientific papers and fifteen years of progress reports of a secret federal virus development program. The epidemiology of AIDS is an identical match to the "research logic" identified in the five section foldout. The flowchart is page 61 of Progress Report #8 (1971) of the Special Virus program of the United States of America. We today, challenge world scientists to discussion of this document find.

We believe there is a daily, growing number of world experts who are all coming to the same conclusion regarding the significance of the flowchart. Dr. Garth Nicolson has examined the flowchart as well as other top experts from around the world. It is time for Dr. Michael Morrissey of Germany to examine the flowchart and report to the world. In addition, we have now examined the 1978 report. It is heresy to continue to further argue the program ended in 1977.

The 1978 report of the development of AIDS leaves no doubt as to the ("narrow result") candidate virus sought by the United States. The flowchart conclusively proves a secret federal plot to develop a "contagious cancer" that "selectively kills."

Following the presentation of the flowchart in Canada, the same information was presented to the United States in the rotunda of the Western Reserve Historical Society in Cleveland. Shortly thereafter a major African newspaper called and for four days in a row, this issue was the feature story in an uncensored press. The people of Africa already know about the U.S. virus development program. It is time for the rest of us to know.

In January, the U.S. had no response to my two page abstract submitted to the African American AIDS 2000 conference. In February, the U.S. Congress had no response to the 3000 Americans who signed signature petitions calling for immediate review of the flowchart and progress reports of the secret virus development program. We firmly believe once the dust settles from the current election marathon, reviewing the special virus program will be the single most important pursuit of the 21st Century.

More scientists and doctors must join with Dr. Nicolson, Dr. Strecker, Dr. Cantwell, Dr. Horowitz, Dr. Lee, Dr. Wainwright, Dr. Halstead and Professor Boyle. In any public debate on this issue, we will continue to present the flowchart of the secret virus development program, as the "irrefutable missing link" in the true laboratory origin of AIDS.

We have successfully navigated a federal maze and matrix and found a curtain surrounding the issue of AIDS. The 1999 discovery and presentation of the AIDS flowchart is a "smoke detector" wake up call. Society has an obligation to do more than don masks.

Very impressed.If you put all the leaders of the world together and you compare them with Manning you probably get .00000000000001 star rating compared with the character and qualifications of what a true leader should look like.Manning has a five+ star rating.You dont find this kind of rating anywhere in the world.Very impressed and I feel very humbled by this man and I have great admiration for him.Put him upfront then you will see real change that will be lasting and bring prosperity to all.It's a pitty that criminals found an inroad into our very beings.

Kris King, Your argument claiming that White people somehow introduced savagery and depravity to the Black African, falls apart when you look at countries that had little or nothing to do with slavery and/or colonialism. When you look at countries like Iceland, Norway, Denmark and Finland and compare them to countries like Ethiopia and Liberia, well......I'll let you fill in the blanks.

Whenever Black Americans use the word POLICE or GOVERNMENT in connection with some kind of wacko conspiracy theory, they're trying to convince everyone that White people are somehow responsible. However, there are so many Black people within local, state and federal government, that their argument falls embarrassingly flat (not unlike Robert Mugabe STILL blaming White colonists for Zimbabwe's economic problems, even though he's been in control for 28 years).

Black people will ALWAYS need White people around so they can blame someone for all their inadequacies.

And of course, they need someone to feed and take care of them.

Rosa Brooks of the Los Angeles Times patronizing refers
to Rev Wright as "deluded".

I think that people like Brooks are psychologically operating
under a kind of "bullying effect". This like religion, where there are
certain things that you are compelled to say, and certain things that
you don't DARE say, for fear that you will become the target,
and be shunned, shunned, shunned by all.

It is like waving the flag - a compulsory obligation to make a
big public display of heaping mud all over someone like Rev. Wright.

What ever happened to their rosy conservative propaganda about
"being respectful, even though we may disagree with opinions?"
With Rev. Wright, both conservative and "liberal" media alike waste no time
in name-calling and in breezy, contemptuous dismissal.

Genocide is made so much easier when nearly everyone is in
that state, where they don't dare believe, don't dare say.

The news media is insufferably smug about the question of
whether the U.S. government could have initiated the AIDS epidemic.

The damning questions simply do not get asked. Concerning the
murky origin of AIDS, even the softball questions do not really get
asked. Essentially none of the uncomfortable questions are
explored in any detail.

In the late 1970s, gays involved in an unprecedented hepatitis vaccine
trial started coming down with AIDS, which at that time was a
completely unknown disease, never before recorded as such.

Imagine the scenario: You have just run a vaccine experiment,
involving thousands of men. Many of them are now coming
down with a strange, new disease of unknown origin.

What is the sensible thing to do?

Announce the vaccine to be safe and effective, and approve
its wider use, without even bothering to determine what the
new disease is, or where it came from?

That is exactly what our government did. Why? It flies in
the face of common sense, much less knowledgeable science.

Regardless of the ultimate explanation of AIDS origin, it
would have been inexplicable negligence - at that time,
under that set of known facts - to ignore the possibility
of a vaccine link.

That is only one of many examples of "inexplicable"
facts about the genesis of the AIDS epidemic,
that become quite easily explained - once that you postulate
the possibility of our government intending for an epidemic
to be spread.

Do not be fooled by the propaganda stories about ancient
AIDS cases that were retroactively "diagnosed". Do not get
hung up on whether AIDS was something concocted,
gene-by-gene, in a laboratory. It is not even necessary to imagine
those scenarios. All that would have necessary, to start an epidemic,
would be to discover a rare disease that existed in a remote part of
Africa, then put it wholesale into vaccines, injected into
thousands of black Africans and American homosexuals.

The media that is so self-righteous in condemning Rev. Wright
had in contrast ignored for decades key Religious Right
figures like RJ Rushdooney, who had OPENLY advocated
legal extermination of gays. Rushdooney was intimately
associated with the Moral Majority, which was in turn intimately
associated with Ronald Reagan and the GOP. Reagan was
curiously, inexplicably lacking in apparent concern about
a new, fast-spreading epidemic.

Such incestuous interconnections are strangely off-the-radar
of the media establishment.

Then, the media patronizes blacks and gays by informing
us how "paranoid" we are. If anything, the black and gay
populations are slumbering, not "paranoid".

Small wonder that the media is so eager to crush people
like Rev. Wright. If the population woke up, and could
see the depths of the murky environment around them,
they would be ready for far more serious confrontations
with the media and political establishment, than simply
the question of who is on top in the latest opinion polls.

Too heavy of a dose of political reality would
probably destroy the existing order. They know it.

Kris King, Your condemnation of Whites is short-sighted. There are all kinds of sick beings in all the races, but in the aggregate, Black people (particularly Black Africans left to their own devices) are in a league all their own.

Since you live in the U.S., it's likely you're unaware of the abundance of atrocities performed by Black Africans. I say unaware because the Liberal media in the U.S. rarely, if ever, report anything remotely negative about Black people in Africa.

You brought up the psychopathic idiot in Austria, and I agree it is an abomination, but what about people in South Africa that rape babies or virgins to rid themselves of HIV? What about Congolese soldiers that rape girls with their swords? What about rebels burning down entire villages of men, women and children or dismembering children in front of their parents then forcing the parents to eat their own dismembered children?

There is a reason that countries with a Black power structure have a lower life expectancy, lower GDP per capita, higher infant mortality rate, higher crime rate, lower literacy rate, higher HIV infection rate, etc. than a country with a White power structure.

You are completely wrong about whites not caring about blacks. Maybe you're speaking about American Liberals who will tell Blacks any lie to vote for them.

In Africa, in Colonial times, Whites told Blacks the truth. Yes, we have our friction, but we discuss things directly with Blacks and we did not make it our business to lie to them or to deceive them.

We just told it to them straight - like Pastor Manning is doing.

As for stories about Whites inventing weapons to kill blacks. You live in a dreamworld. Look at who really is killing blacks. None of your mythical weaponry from White people is killing Blacks.

I think that is a bit disingenuous of you.

It is good when Blacks are willing to admit some truths, especially hard truths about themselves. They should be patted on the back for daring to stand up to their own kind and to challenge their own kind when they are outnumbered. Do you realise how vilified Black Conservatives in the USA are? They are ripped to shreds. Ditto in Africa. I feel we should support any Black Conservative who dares to stand up, because he will be called an Uncle Tom and ripped to shreds by his own kind. And yet, we need to encourage their voices. They can convert their own race towards being more reasonable and friendly towards us. It is a win-win situation. Finally, we have a handful of Blacks willing to talk logically. We should be most delighted that some are seeing the light. I have no interest in White or Black communists. But I'd speak to White or Black people who are conservatives.

Years ago when I started AfricanCrisis I met an African American Professor who teaches history to black kids. And he told me what he teaches them about South Africa. He was very pro-Afrikaner.

He had studied the original books and theses on which Apartheid was based and knew them better than any South African I have met. He had nothing but good to say about White South Africans and he told me that in the university where he lectured, he told his black students to forget all the garbage they had read about South African history in the press. He teaches his black students the same history that Whites in this country used to learn.
