SA farm murders reach 2,939 killed: Bronkhorstspruit farmer, grandson killed March 10 2008

Hendrick van Rensburg, 82; and grandson Dean Woodraffe, 17, were murdered on March 10 2008 on their Bronkhorstspruit farm -- local farmers protest against bail application of farm-murderer at local law court:

March 17 2008 - BRONKHORSTSPRUIT/KUNGWINI, SA.
According to the statistics being maintained on the website http://groups.msn.com/crimebustersofsouthafri...a at least 2,939 farm murders have been recorded there since 1994 - primarily of Afrikaner farmers, their kin and their families.

Please note that this record is incomplete since many farm murders remain underreported or are reported without mentioning the fact that the murder occurred on a farm or smallholding.

Members of the Transvaal Agricultural Union, deeply upset about the double-murder on 82-year old Bronkhorstspruit farmer Hendrick Janse van Rensburg and his 17-year-old grandson Dean Charles Woodraffe on the farm Zusterstroom, on Monday March 17 held a protest demonstration at the local law-courts against the arrested suspect's bail application.

The chairman of TAU-Centraal region, Anthony Scott-Dawkins, handed over a petition to the magistrate on behalf of the entire farming community, opposing an arrested man's bail.

He also expressed his condolances with the family of the murdered men.

"To lose an elderly, believed father and grandfather, and a grandson simultaneouosly in such a cruel fashion, makes dealing with the trauma of such a loss so much more difficult,' he said.

Scott-Dawkins has called on the local police to also investigate 'anti-white racism' as a motive for the murders.

"It simply is no longer acceptable that farmers are being murdered in this cruel fashion and that just a cellphone was 'robbed' as the only motive.

"People don't just get murdered for something as petty as a cellphone.

"There must be other motives behind this and it's high time that the police investigates these underlying motives much more thoroughly.'

"Every murder on a farmer is one murder too many'.

A farm worker from a neighbouring farm, 24-year old Isaac Masutu, had made a brief appearance in court and applied for bail on March 17.

It is believed that Masutu was not alone when carrying out the attack and police are still investigating.
Scott-Dawkins also issued an 'urgent call to farmers to make sure who they are hiring and to check a potential employee's past criminal records.'

The TAU also warned that farmers should exercise strict control over the visitors to their workers' cottages -- to prevent them from 'bringing any criminal elements to the farm'.

"Farmers must remain alert at all times,' he warned.

Food prices will increase

More farmers will be lost

For every productive farmer there are at least 5 Black families that lose all income

The slow downward spiral will persist -- slower than as in Zim but it will follow closely

Just like ESKOM is a warning of poor governence and poorly implemented BEE practices so to must the latest food import/export stats be noted

Update:

Kidnapped Ohrigstad tourist-lodge owner Mrs Hennielene Botha who has been missing since Saturday-night, had withdrawn a mere R500 from her bank account in Mecklenburg near the farm where she had been kidnapped a short while later, police say.

There have been no further clues to where she or the four farm attackers may be.

KIDNAPPED: HENNIELENE BOTHA, KIDNAPPED MARCH 22 OHRIGSTAD LODGE

Left is kidnapped Ohrigstad tourist lodge owner Hennielene Botha, photographed with husband Albert recently.

She was kidnapped by four armed men from her homestead near the lodge on Saturday-night March 22 2008.

They threw her into her own car and were spotted driving off by farm workers at around 22:30pm

Not counting Mrs Botha, who hopefully is still alive and being sought in a massive manhunt at the moment, the number of known murders of SA farmers, their kin and workers has risen to 2,942 from 1 Jan 1994 to March 20 2008.

The number of murdered white farmers over the last 15 years clearly was not just robbery.This was what the ostensible motives were designed to convey.The agenda is and continues to be the reduction of food/crop production in line with the zionist agenda of global domination and rocketing food prices.The governmnt of South Africa is a governmnt within another governmnt which basks in the shadows.Many would not admit .....although apartheid with its inherent evils offered a civility and moral rectitude which many including blacks admit that we still had some degree of stability and security which the present administration has failed miserably in this regard preferring to acquiesce to their foreign masters,.

Kris I can tell by your writing that you are an ignorant black American who knows abousoutly nothing about South Africa. Not only this your racism is coming across in your writing,you should address the issue and leave your anti white racism out of it. Rember that America also has it's race problem so you are in no position to point fingers at we white South Africans. We admit that we have had our problems in South Africa but at the end of the day there were negotions and the problem had been solved without bloodshed.

You claim that we whites are Xenephobic it is black South Africans that are the most Xenephobic towards other Africans right now Somalis who live in South Africa are being killed and living in fear of their lives. Are we whites responsible for this? I think nor in the future I suggest that you take a look at your own racial problems right here in the states before you start pointing acusing fingers at we white South Africans.

- Somalia shopkeeper shot in 'xenophobic rage' in Atteridgeville
March 18 2008 - PRETORIA, SOUTH AFRICA. Somali businessman Noor Ali (25) was shot three times by gunmen hiding among a group of black Atteridgeville and Saulsville residents marching on the township's police station.
Moments after the killing, thousands went on on a well-organised rampage, attacking black 'foreigners' in Brazzaville, Saulsville, Phomolong and Vergenoeg informal settlements.

Another foreigner, believed to be Zimbabwean shopkeeper, was shot while trying to fend off a group of rioters.
It is believed that he was also stabbed with broken bottles. He died while receiving emergency treatment.

Smoke hung over Atteridgeville as groups of "immigrant hunters" ran through the informal settlements, setting businesses alight.
Gunshots could be heard along with explosions from gas cylinders and police stun-grenades thrown by law enforcers desperately trying to quell the violence and restore law and order.
Scores of local residents were seen swarming through the settlements -- forming hunting packs which chased down immigrants trying to flee the violence.


By late Tuesday-night crows of foreigners were seeking shelter at Atteridgeville police station. All had horror stories to tell.
Several described how they had to run for kilometres as groups of heavily armed locals chased them from their homes.

Mozambican Edward Tshabangu was in his grocery store when he was stabbed in the head with a bottle.
"A group came in and screamed at me to leave South Africa.
"They stole my groceries and when I fought back they attacked me. When I ran they stabbed me," he said.

Mozambican businessman Isaac Hlabathi said he was terrified.
"They know where my family lives. They said they would kill us. I have to flee.
"They have burnt down my one store and are trying to burn down this store."

South Africa is not for other Africans...

Asked why they wanted to burn Hlabathi's store, several local residents said he was scum.
"He is a foreigner. He takes our jobs and rapes our women. He is bad like all foreigners and must leave South Africa.
"South Africa is for South Africans, not other Africans," said a woman.

A Somali store owner, who hid in an outside toilet with his five-year-old daughter, said:
"When I heard Ali was murdered I knew that they would attack my store.
"I heard them breaking into my shop. They stole everything and burnt my shop to the ground. It is crazy.
People are on the streets with petrol bombs, knives, guns. They are killing us."

The businessman spent four hours making his way to the police station, climbing over fences and hiding in gardens as his attackers went looking for him.

"SA Somali Association regional chairman Abdul Hassam, who confirmed Ali's murder, said Pretoria was a hotbed for xenophobic attacks.
"Almost every day we are hearing about attacks against our members. These attacks are not isolated. They are taking place in the city.

"It is so dangerous that we are encouraging all of our members as well as other foreigners to leave Tshwane's informal settlements and move their businesses elsewhere," he said.
Ward councillor Makopo Makola said they suspected that some residents from other informal settlements in Tshwane were behind the attacks.

"We suspect that some residents from Itireleng and Soshanguve South have influenced those in Brazzaville, Jeffsville, Phomolong and Vergenoeg to attack foreigners.
"I am urging residents in the informal settlements to desist from attacking foreigners. They must tolerate them because they are our brothers and sisters."

Police spokesman captain Thomas Mufamadi merely 'confirmed the murders.'
He said no arrests had been

Mufamadi said: "There are foreigners camping outside the police station after fleeing to us with their belongings such as fridges and stoves.
"Others have gone to shelters elsewhere in the area."

Russel Fig - that particular subject has been rehashed millions of times. Several books have been published about it and scholars have obtained their master's degrees on this subject.

To establish the truth behind these murders, one must take a step back and look at the history in this regard, of the entire African continent.

Then you realise that this identical story has played out in every African country where a small group of commercial farmers -- Asians and Europeans -- were producing so much food that that country was a major food exporter at one time in its past: from Ethiopia and even Somalia -- now only known for its desert wastelands, its chronic famines and those cash-magnet-pictures of those sad, fly-covered, starving babies -- to Mozambique and Mauritius, from the former Congo to the former Tanganjika to the former Rhodesia and Kenya -- and now South Africa, the story has been the same all over the continent.

If you add up all the murders of these highly capable European and Asian farmers on the entire African continent, you reach a staggering total of some 1-million whites murdered over the past fifty years, slaughtered in exactly the identical way the Afrikaner farmers are now being decimated in South Africa.

South Africa had 85,000 commercial farmers in 1994 - and this was more than enough to create a magnificent first-world agricultural export country, a country flush with excellent, tasty, and inexpensive food for all!

Once the underpinning of commercial agriculture is destroyed, any country 's economy and infrastructure starts collapsing within just a few years. The roads to the farms - the food-producing regions -- are now deteriorating as well, since there's no longer 'any need for them', is there? The farmers aren't there to maintain them, and the farmers are no longer there to pay taxes to maintain them either.

South Africa's agricultural community is now clinging on by the mere fingertips and the ANC-regime is now all set to deliver its final blow with the latest 'land-confiscation law' it has passed this past week.

This 'rolling African famine' of course has followed directly in the wake of this wave of farm-murders across the entire continent, as it became 'independent'. One can create a time line which matches the number of farm-murders exactly to the time when those populations needed to get massive supplies of food-aid flown in to feed their starving populations.

All of Africa used to be a food-exporting continent. And all of Africa used to have a black population which was so well-fed throughout that time that they flourished. Then they started killing off their best farming community only because they were paler-skinned and more skillful in running their businesses -- and now they are starving to death and dying of all the old diseases Africa has always suffered from.
Some north-African countries still make a go of their agricultural systems such as Marocco and Algeria - but their soil has been so killed of all nutrition over many centuries of poor land-management that they can only efficiently produce 'desert-type' crops or create artificial oasis for their orange-groves etc which are surrounded by vast desert wastelands. Driving through north Africa, one can see this process repeated over and over, in each country.

There seems to be some kind of built-in 'self-destruct' gene in the black African psyche.

There's no other explanation for this self-repeating wave of self-destruction which rolls across each country of this continent.

I am sorry to read about your dreadful experience in South Africa and can assure you that you were lucky to escape alive.

Many of the murdered farmers, their workers, and their family members' names, many of their pictures and as much detail as could be gleaned about their gruesome murders can be found on http://groups.msn.com/crimebustersofsouthafri...- Access the Farm Murder pages which date back to 1994.

Perhaps you could contact your local government representative in your state and present them with these facts, and then ask them why they aren't protesting against this clear genocide of one small minority group in South Africa?

The upshot of this of course is that while in 1994, South Africa was totally self-sufficient in its food-production with 85,000 commercial farmers, the country now has no more than 10,000 crop-growing farmers producing food on less than ONE PERCENT OF THE ENTIRE SA LAND SURFACE. Small wonder then that so many small babies are now being rushed to hospitals in various states of malnutrition, which is being described as 'gastric infection' instead.

South Africa has run out of affordable food because it has terrorised its only food-producers away in a deliberate campaign of "Boer Genocide".

I live in New York City and am shocked beyond belief at reading this statistic. I find it absolutely heartbreaking. I am even more shocked because these killings are never reported in the MSM, certainly never prominently.... as if word got out in the world, then travel to South Africa would cease. That's probably true, but hiding one's head in the sand won't stop further killings.I was carjacked and nearly murdered in Cape Town in 1993..I landed up near a black hospital on the outskirts of the city and escaped; The superintendent and nurses did not allow me to use their phone to call the police, although the only white nurse I saw slipped me a coin to use a public phone. I reported the incident to the local newspaper, but the story was never published because of fear.I have never stepped foot in that country again.
